Cristelle Brown is an advocate for mentoring in all capacities. She takes pride in supporting the brilliant minds in her community. She holds a BA in Political Science and an MA in Nonprofit Management.

At the age of 25, she serves as the Virginia State Director for Spread The Vote. In addition to her work with Spread The Vote, she is the Owner and Principal Career Coach at C. Brown Career Coaching as well as the Founder and Executive Director of the Cristelle Brown Legacy Foundation.

C. Brown Career Coaching provides an array of career development services to professionals of all backgrounds. The Cristelle Brown Legacy Foundation was founded with the mission of providing quality professional opportunities and experiences to communities of color. In 2017, Cristelle launched the RVA Women of Color in Leadership Forum as the first initiative supported by The Foundation.

With all that’s on her plate, Cristelle still finds time to enjoy life’s beauty. She spends her free time traveling, brunching, and laughing with friends. She enjoys a full glass of wine and strong cup of coffee just much as the next person so she always welcomes the opportunity to meet new faces!
